The patient's entire history on one screen

History, progress notes, diagnoses and attachments from every clinician on the same patient. Search finds any record by owner, pet or number, and each specialty works with the format it needs.

How many modules does Wirevet have?

Wirevet has 24 operational modules grouped into five areas: clinical, scheduling and clients, sales and checkout, services, and operations and management. Fourteen come included in the base of any plan and ten are switched on when your practice needs them.

Do I have to buy every module?

No. Wirevet is modular: you start with a solid base that already includes medical records, scheduling, prescriptions, estimates, lab orders, laboratory, imaging, checkout, invoicing, inventory and reports, and you add optional modules only when you use them. You pay for the platform, not for how much you use it.

Can I activate a module after subscribing?

Yes. Optional modules can be switched on at any time with no migration or reinstall: because the software is fully cloud-based, they appear in your menu and are immediately available to the profiles you authorize.

Do the modules share information with each other?

Yes, and that is the main advantage. What you record in the medical chart feeds prescriptions, lab orders, hospitalization and billing; supplies used in surgery or the lab are deducted from inventory; and everything shows up on the dashboard and in reports without retyping anything.

Which modules suit a small practice?

For a small practice, the base is enough: medical records, scheduling, reminders, prescriptions, estimates, checkout with point of sale, electronic invoicing and inventory. The vaccination card and online booking are usually the first two modules added, because of the impact they have on repeat visits.
